Nathalie brings over 15 years of expertise in adaptive management and strategic growth across healthcare, fintech, and education. As both a seasoned leader and an IVF warrior herself, she is deeply connected to Rooted In Fertility’s mission. With a passion for inclusive, equitable care and a talent for building strong systems, Nathalie ensures our services reach and support diverse communities.
Daniel is a multi-talented cellist, singer, actor, and composer whose career has taken him from Broadway and international tours to television appearances on The Today Show and Watch What Happens Live!. As a member of the acclaimed string quartet Well-Strung, Daniel has performed across the globe. Rooted In Fertility is thrilled to feature his creative contributions in our Real Fertility Meditations series.

Laura blends her personal fertility journey, doula certification, and academic training—including a Master’s in Public Administration and a National Urban Fellowship—to provide clients with both empathy and expertise. A mother of three after navigating miscarriages and fertility treatments, she offers grounded, compassionate support rooted in lived experience. As a respected voice in the NYC fertility community, Laura is a passionate advocate for inclusive care and is currently creating guided meditations to support diverse fertility journeys.
