Laura Kradas, MPA is a Fertility Strategist, advocate, and systems-level problem solver dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate fertility care with clarity, agency, and evidence-based guidance. With over a decade of experience spanning women’s health advocacy, healthcare navigation, and complex case management, Laura brings both strategic insight and deep compassion to every journey she supports.

Laura founded Rooted In Fertility to address a critical gap in reproductive care: the lack of personalized, unbiased guidance within a system that is often fragmented, opaque, and financially driven. As a Fertility Strategist, she works alongside clients as an extension of their care team—helping them interpret medical information, prepare for clinical decisions, optimize outcomes, and advocate for themselves within fertility clinics, OB-GYN practices, and insurance frameworks.

She has supported more than 45 families through full-spectrum fertility journeys, including conception planning, assisted reproductive technologies, pregnancy loss, and complex reproductive decision-making. Laura’s work is grounded in trauma-informed care, recognizing that fertility treatment is not just a medical experience, but an emotional and embodied one.

Laura holds a Master of Public Administration and brings a unique systems lens to fertility care—understanding how policy, insurance, clinic operations, and patient experience intersect. She is known for translating complex medical and administrative processes into clear, actionable strategies that protect clients’ time, finances, and emotional well-being.
