About Us

Rooted in Fertility was created to change the fertility experience from one of confusion and fragmentation into one grounded in clarity, strategy, and informed decision-making.

After navigating years of fertility treatment herself—including loss, complex decisions, and ultimately success—Laura saw firsthand where the system falls short. Patients are given information, options, and protocols—but rarely a clear, cohesive plan for how to move forward.

That gap is where Rooted In Fertility lives.

This is not just support from the outside. This is strategic guidance from within. We get in the trenches with you!

Backed by formal education and ongoing training in fertility, maternal health, and patient advocacy, Laura works directly inside each client’s experience—breaking down lab results, evaluating treatment paths, and helping clients understand not just what they’re being told, but what it actually means for them.

Because in fertility care, information alone isn’t enough.

You need to know what to do with it and how to set up your team for success.

Rooted In Fertility becomes a steady, trusted presence within your care team—connecting the dots, asking the right questions, and helping you make decisions with clarity and confidence at every step.

So you’re not just going through treatment.

You’re moving through it with intention, strategy, and a plan you trust.

Our Mission

We believe that fertility support should be:

Accessible — for anyone who needs it, regardless of background, identity, or circumstance.

Personalized — honoring each unique journey, story, and vision of family.

Evidence-Based — providing accurate, up-to-date, and trustworthy information you can rely on.

Compassionate — because this journey deserves kindness, not judgment.

Empowering — so you can advocate for yourself with confidence

Rooted In Fertility is deeply committed to serving underrepresented communities, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals and families. We recognize that systemic barriers and disparities in reproductive healthcare make inclusive, culturally responsive support not just important—but essential.
